NPPB
NPPB，全稱(chēng)為腦鈉肽B型，是一種由心室肌細(xì)胞分泌的心臟激素，主要在心室壁壓力和容量增加時(shí)產(chǎn)生。它也被稱(chēng)為BNP（B型利鈉肽），具有利尿、排鈉、血管舒張、抑制腎素和醛固酮分泌等作用，對(duì)心血管系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)態(tài)維持至關(guān)重要。NPPB在心力衰竭患者中是重要的預(yù)后指標(biāo)，其水平升高通常預(yù)示著心功能不全。此外，NPPB還具有抗菌和抗真菌活性，其基因突變與骨質(zhì)疏松癥的發(fā)生有關(guān)。在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對(duì)NPPB及其受體的藥物已被廣泛應(yīng)用于心力衰竭的治療，如利鈉肽類(lèi)藥物和拮抗劑。近年來(lái)，隨著對(duì)NPPB生物學(xué)功能的深入研究，其在心血管疾病、骨質(zhì)疏松等領(lǐng)域的治療潛力正逐步被挖掘。

Overlay Peak curve showing 786-O cells stained with CSB-RA016021MA1HU (red line) at 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100 for 10min. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was Fluorescein (FITC) AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ fragment specific at 1:200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was human IgG1 (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
