產品評價： 使用CSB-E06874m試劑盒檢測小鼠血清ACTH水平，稀釋4倍后正常與模型組及各給藥組大部分均在標曲范圍內，但如果樣品充足可考慮1:1稀釋或使用原液，換算稀釋倍數后原液仍在標曲范圍內。全部實驗在6小時內完成，檢測結果較穩定，標曲良好.

產品評價： 小鼠血清稀釋5倍后依然在標曲檢測范圍內，節省樣本，對珍貴樣本極其友好；而且復孔間差異很小，兩個復孔吸光值幾乎一致，質量很好的試劑盒。ACTH 小鼠血清稀釋5倍后樣本OD值在0.304-0.713之間。
