TRAF5
TRAF5，全稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體相關因子5，是一種重要的細胞內信號轉導因子，屬于TRAF蛋白家族。該蛋白在多種細胞中表達，尤其在肺組織中高表達，在脾、胸腺、腎等組織中也有一定水平。TRAF5蛋白參與多種信號通路，包括NF-κB和干擾素調節因子IRF信號通路，在免疫和炎癥反應中發揮重要作用。研究表明，TRAF5蛋白與缺血性腦梗死和炎癥性腸疾病的發生發展密切相關。目前，針對TRAF5蛋白的藥物研發尚處于起步階段，但已有研究顯示，TRAF5蛋白可能成為治療這些疾病的潛在靶點。
