TNFRSF25
TNFRSF25，全稱為Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 25，別名包括DR3、LARD、APO-3等。該蛋白屬于腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族，主要表達(dá)于富含淋巴細(xì)胞的組織中，可能在調(diào)節(jié)淋巴細(xì)胞穩(wěn)態(tài)中發(fā)揮重要作用。TNFRSF25蛋白能與TNFSF12/APO3L/TWEAK結(jié)合，并直接與接頭蛋白TRADD相互作用，進(jìn)而激活NF-kappa-B信號通路，誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞凋亡。此外，TNFRSF25蛋白還與BAG4蛋白相互作用，參與多種細(xì)胞反應(yīng)。目前，針對TNFRSF25蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在抗體類藥物上，例如SL-325是一種First-in-Class抗體，屬于TNFRSF25拮抗劑，目前處于臨床前研究階段，用于治療炎癥性腸疾病。此外，還有多項(xiàng)關(guān)于抗TNFRSF25抗體的專利申請和研究報道，這些研究旨在開發(fā)更有效的治療藥物，用于治療炎癥性腸疾病、自身免疫性疾病等。
