TNFRSF17
TNFRSF17,全稱為腫瘤壞死因子受體超家族成員17,也被稱為B細胞成熟蛋白(BCMA)或CD269抗原,是腫瘤壞死因子受體(TNFR)超家族的跨膜糖蛋白成員。BCMA主要在B細胞增殖、存活以及分化為漿細胞方面發(fā)揮重要作用,并且是多發(fā)性骨髓瘤(MM)的生物標志物。BCMA具有兩種激動劑配體:增殖誘導配體(APRIL)和B細胞激活因子(BAFF)。配體與BCMA結合后,可以激活B細胞,進而促進細胞周期檢查點、抗凋亡蛋白的表達以及細胞粘附分子、血管生成因子和免疫抑制分子的產生。BCMA可作為治療多發(fā)性骨髓瘤的靶點,相關免疫療法包括CART細胞療法等已在臨床中得到應用。目前,針對BCMA的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在靶向BCMA的單克隆抗體和免疫檢查點抑制劑等方面,部分藥物已進入臨床試驗階段。

Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized TNFSF13B (CSB-MP897523HU1) at 10 μg/ml can bind human BCMA, the EC50 of human BCMA protein is 221.3-298.6 ng/ml.
Human TNFSF13B protein Fc tag (CSB-MP897523HU1) captured on COOH chip can bind Human BCMA protein Fc tag (CSB-MP023974HU1) with an affinity constant of 39 nM as detected by LSPR Assay.
Activity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized human BCMA at 5 μg/ml can bind Biotinylated human TNFSF13B (CSB-MP897523HU1-B), the EC50 is 0.1752-0.3657 ng/ml.
