TACC2
TACC2，全稱為 Transforming acidic coiled-coil containing protein 2，別名包括 AZU-1 和 ECTACC。該蛋白參與細胞分裂和維持基因組穩(wěn)定性的過程，在中心體-微管動力學中起著重要作用。TACC2 蛋白與微管結合蛋白相互作用，影響紡錘體形成和染色體分離，從而確保細胞分裂的正常進行。TACC2 蛋白在多種組織中表達，尤其在腦、睪丸和乳腺中表達較高，提示其可能參與神經發(fā)育和生殖系統(tǒng)功能。突變或表達異常的 TACC2 蛋白可能導致功能紊亂，與某些癌癥（如乳腺癌、膠質瘤）的發(fā)生相關。研究還發(fā)現 TACC2 蛋白通過 EGFR/ERK 信號通路影響細胞遷移，其異常表達可能促進腫瘤轉移。在疾病關聯方面，TACC2 蛋白的突變或表達失調與精神分裂癥、自閉癥譜系障礙等神經發(fā)育疾病有關，也可能參與激素依賴性癌癥的進展。目前，針對 TACC2 蛋白的藥物研發(fā)尚處于早期階段，但已有研究表明，靶向 TACC2 蛋白的藥物可能對某些癌癥的治療具有潛在價值。
