STK11
STK11，即絲氨酸/蘇氨酸激酶11，也被稱為LKB1（Liver Kinase B1）。它是一種在人體多種組織中表達(dá)的蛋白質(zhì)，尤其在肝臟、腎臟和肺組織中。STK11的作用機制涉及作為蛋白激酶，通過磷酸化絲氨酸和蘇氨酸殘基，調(diào)控多種細(xì)胞過程，包括細(xì)胞極性、細(xì)胞周期、細(xì)胞增殖和細(xì)胞凋亡。STK11是LKB1-AMPK-mTOR信號通路的關(guān)鍵調(diào)節(jié)因子，通過激活A(yù)MPK（AMP激活蛋白激酶）來抑制mTOR（哺乳動物雷帕霉素靶蛋白）信號通路，從而在能量平衡和細(xì)胞生長中發(fā)揮作用。在生物學(xué)意義上，STK11作為腫瘤抑制基因，其突變與多種癌癥的發(fā)生發(fā)展有關(guān)，特別是在肺腺癌和胃腸道腫瘤中。STK11的活性喪失可能導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞周期失控和腫瘤形成，因此它在癌癥治療中是一個重要的靶點。
