SCN2A
SCN2A，全稱為Sodium channel protein type 2 subunit alpha，常見別名包括Nav1.2、HBSCII等。該蛋白屬于電壓門控性鈉通道α亞基2，主要在腦內(nèi)表達，可與鈉離子通道β亞基組成電壓門控性鈉通道，參與神經(jīng)元電信號的傳遞。SCN2A蛋白與癲癇、自閉癥等神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙密切相關(guān)，其突變可導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)元過度興奮或功能喪失，從而引發(fā)癲癇發(fā)作或自閉癥癥狀。目前，針對SCN2A相關(guān)疾病的治療尚無特效藥物，但已有研究利用患者來源的人腦類器官模型進行藥物篩選，發(fā)現(xiàn)卡馬西平等抗癲癇藥對SCN2A突變體的效果各異，為精準治療提供了新的思路。此外，個性化反義寡核苷酸療法也在探索中，旨在通過降低SCN2A突變體的表達來改善患者癥狀。
