Reg3g
Reg3g，全稱為再生胰島源蛋白3γ，常見別名包括REG3γ。它是一種分泌型蛋白，主要在腸道上皮細(xì)胞中表達(dá)，小腸部位的含量尤其高。這種蛋白能精準(zhǔn)識別腸道里某些革蘭氏陽性菌的細(xì)胞壁成分，通過結(jié)合這些成分限制細(xì)菌過度生長，維持腸道菌群的穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，同時(shí)保護(hù)腸道黏膜屏障不被破壞，減少有害物質(zhì)進(jìn)入身體。
在腸道炎癥相關(guān)疾病中，比如潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者的腸道組織里，Reg3g的表達(dá)水平常會發(fā)生異常變化；小鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，缺少Reg3g的小鼠更容易被腸道致病菌感染，引發(fā)腸道炎癥。目前關(guān)于Reg3g的研究多聚焦在腸道感染和炎癥性腸病的治療上，一些科研團(tuán)隊(duì)正嘗試?yán)盟目咕攸c(diǎn)開發(fā)新型腸道靶向藥物，或者通過調(diào)節(jié)其表達(dá)來緩解腸道炎癥，但這些藥物還處于實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究階段，尚未進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)環(huán)節(jié)。
