RBPMS
RBPMS，全稱為RNA結合蛋白，是一種參與RNA加工的蛋白質。它具有多種別名，包括HERMES、RBP-MS等。RBPMS蛋白在細胞質中發揮作用，參與正調控SMAD蛋白信號傳導和氧化應激響應。研究表明，RBPMS蛋白可以通過促進SMAD2和SMAD3在C末端磷酸化以及SMAD蛋白的核累積來刺激SMAD介導的轉錄激活。此外，RBPMS蛋白還參與了心臟發育過程中轉錄后調控。在疾病方面，RBPMS蛋白與動脈粥樣硬化相關。研究發現，RBPMS基因表達與血管平滑肌細胞收縮標志物呈正相關，其通過促進收縮表型分化顯著減少高脂飲食ApoE-/-小鼠的斑塊帽形成并抑制內膜增生。這提示RBPMS蛋白可能通過雙重調控機制抑制血管平滑肌細胞介導的斑塊進展和介入后再狹窄，為相關血管疾病的治療提供了新的分子靶點。目前，針對RBPMS蛋白的藥物研發尚處于起步階段，但已有研究揭示了其在動脈粥樣硬化中的作用，為開發新型抗動脈粥樣硬化藥物提供了新的思路。
