Prg4
PRG4，全稱為蛋白聚糖4，常用別名是潤(rùn)滑素，也被稱作關(guān)節(jié)滑液蛋白2。它主要分布在關(guān)節(jié)滑液與軟骨表面，是維持關(guān)節(jié)正常活動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵物質(zhì)之一——能減少骨骼間的摩擦，保護(hù)軟骨免受過度磨損，讓關(guān)節(jié)保持靈活順滑。當(dāng)Prg4含量不足或功能異常時(shí)，關(guān)節(jié)易出現(xiàn)磨損加重、炎癥反應(yīng)，常見的骨關(guān)節(jié)炎就與它的異常相關(guān)，部分遺傳性關(guān)節(jié)疾病也和它有關(guān)聯(lián)。
目前針對(duì)它的治療探索不少：直接補(bǔ)充潤(rùn)滑素的制劑已進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)階段，用于緩解關(guān)節(jié)炎患者的疼痛并改善關(guān)節(jié)功能；還有研究在開發(fā)能促進(jìn)身體自身生成更多潤(rùn)滑素的藥物，助力受損關(guān)節(jié)組織的修復(fù)，這些進(jìn)展為關(guān)節(jié)疾病的治療提供了新的思路。

IHC image of CSB-PA018672LA01HU diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
