Nr1h4
Nr1h4,全稱為法尼醇X受體,也常被叫做膽汁酸受體。它就像身體里的“代謝小管家”,主要在肝臟和腸道中忙碌,幫忙把控膽汁酸的生成與循環——膽汁酸不僅能幫我們消化脂肪,還能維持代謝系統的穩定。Nr1h4功能異常,可能會引發膽汁淤積、脂肪肝等肝臟問題,甚至和某些腸道炎癥、代謝紊亂沾上邊。
