NCR3LG1
NCR3LG1，全名為自然殺傷細(xì)胞細(xì)胞毒性受體3配體1，也被稱為B7-H6或DKFZp686O24166。它是一種免疫調(diào)節(jié)蛋白，屬于B7家族基因成員，主要在腫瘤細(xì)胞表面表達(dá)，而在正常細(xì)胞中幾乎不表達(dá)。NCR3LG1通過與NK細(xì)胞表面的NKp30受體結(jié)合，激活NK細(xì)胞的殺傷活性，從而在抗腫瘤和抗感染免疫中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用。研究表明，NCR3LG1在某些癌癥如白血病、淋巴瘤和實(shí)體瘤中過表達(dá)，可能通過逃避免疫監(jiān)視促進(jìn)腫瘤進(jìn)展。相反，降低NCR3LG1表達(dá)可能減弱NK細(xì)胞的活化，影響機(jī)體對(duì)病原體和腫瘤的清除能力。此外，NCR3LG1的異常表達(dá)還與某些自身免疫性疾病和慢性炎癥相關(guān)。目前，以NCR3LG1為靶點(diǎn)的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在腫瘤免疫治療與感染性疾病調(diào)控領(lǐng)域，部分小分子及生物制劑已進(jìn)入臨床驗(yàn)證階段，未來(lái)有望為相關(guān)疾病的治療提供新的策略。
