NCR2
NCR2，也被稱(chēng)為NKp44或CD336，是一種在自然殺傷（NK）細(xì)胞上發(fā)現(xiàn)的細(xì)胞毒性激活受體。它能夠提高NK細(xì)胞裂解腫瘤細(xì)胞的能力。NCR2蛋白與TYROBP/DAP12相互作用，后者是一種關(guān)鍵的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)接頭，對(duì)于激活NK細(xì)胞對(duì)抗靶細(xì)胞至關(guān)重要。NCR2蛋白的研究與癌癥治療相關(guān)，目前已有多種針對(duì)NCR2的藥物研發(fā)進(jìn)展，旨在增強(qiáng)免疫系統(tǒng)對(duì)腫瘤的攻擊力。此外，NCR2蛋白還與某些自身免疫性疾病有關(guān)。
