MFAP5

微纖維相關蛋白5（MFAP5），也被稱為MAGP2，是一種存在于多種組織彈性蛋白網絡微纖維中的糖蛋白。它在心血管、骨骼肌、腎臟、肺等組織中均有表達，并在脂肪組織中高度表達。MFAP5參與微纖維組裝，有助于維持細胞正常形態結構，并通過Notch途徑調節血管生成，進而影響細胞信號傳導。在病理狀態下，MFAP5的異常表達與癌癥轉移、主動脈瘤的發生、炎癥代謝異常等過程密切相關。研究表明，MFAP5在癌癥、主動脈瘤、炎癥相關疾病以及肥胖和代謝疾病中發揮重要作用。MFAP5可能通過多種病理途徑參與PCOS代謝紊亂的相關過程，其水平變化與BMI、空腹血清脂聯素及瘦素等代謝相關指標相關，提示其在疾病代謝變化中發揮重要作用。MFAP5可能通過外周脂肪增多進而影響GnRH分泌，導致高LH水平，這還需后續研究進一步證實。目前來看，MFAP5參與PCOS的疾病發生的相關機制尚未完全闡明，但其作為超重PCOS治療效果的可靠監測指標，為疾病的治療和預后提供了新的方向。
