IRF7
IRF7，全稱為干擾素調節(jié)因子7（Interferon Regulatory Factor 7），是人體內一種重要的免疫調節(jié)蛋白。它屬于IRF家族成員，在先天免疫和抗病毒防御中發(fā)揮著關鍵作用。IRF7蛋白的常見別名包括IMD39、IRF-7、IRF7A、IRF7B、IRF7C、IRF7H和IRF-7H等。IRF7蛋白主要表達于淋巴組織，如脾臟和淋巴結，并在病毒感染時被誘導表達。它參與調控I型干擾素的產生，I型干擾素是一類重要的抗病毒細胞因子，能夠激活下游信號通路，增強細胞的抗病毒能力。IRF7蛋白通過與病毒感染相關的DNA或RNA結合，激活下游基因的轉錄，從而促進I型干擾素的產生。
IRF7蛋白與多種疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關。研究表明，IRF7蛋白的異常表達或功能缺陷可能與免疫缺陷、病毒感染、腫瘤等疾病相關。例如，IRF7蛋白的缺失會導致機體對病毒的易感性增加，從而引發(fā)嚴重的病毒感染。此外，IRF7蛋白還可能參與腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展，其表達水平與腫瘤細胞的增殖、凋亡和轉移密切相關。

Overlay Peak curve showing A549 cells stained with CSB-RA568273A0HU (red line) at 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100 for 10min. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*106cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was Rabbit IgG (1ug/1*106cells) used under the same conditions.
