IL6RA
IL6RA，即白細(xì)胞介素-6受體亞單位α，別名CD126、IL-6R、IL-1Ra、IL6RA、gp80。它是一種I型跨膜糖蛋白，由多種細(xì)胞包括免疫細(xì)胞、上皮細(xì)胞和脂肪細(xì)胞分泌產(chǎn)生。IL6RA作為IL-6的激動(dòng)劑，通過與IL-6結(jié)合形成復(fù)合物，再與膜蛋白gp130結(jié)合，激活JAK/STAT、MAPK和Akt等信號通路，從而調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞生長、分化，并在免疫反應(yīng)、急性期反應(yīng)和造血中發(fā)揮重要作用。IL6RA的失調(diào)與許多疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制有關(guān)，如多發(fā)性骨髓瘤、自身免疫性疾病和前列腺癌等。
