IGHE
IGHE,即免疫球蛋白重鏈ε(IgE),屬于免疫球蛋白超家族成員。該蛋白主要參與過(guò)敏反應(yīng)和抗寄生蟲(chóng)免疫。IgE蛋白作為B細(xì)胞上的膜結(jié)合受體,在特異性抗原結(jié)合后觸發(fā)B細(xì)胞的克隆擴(kuò)增和分化為漿細(xì)胞,進(jìn)而分泌IgE抗體。IgE抗體與肥大細(xì)胞和嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞表面的高親和力FcεRI受體結(jié)合,觸發(fā)組胺等炎癥介質(zhì)的釋放,導(dǎo)致過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。此外,IgE蛋白還在抗寄生蟲(chóng)免疫中發(fā)揮作用,通過(guò)與寄生蟲(chóng)表面的抗原結(jié)合,激活嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞等免疫細(xì)胞,清除寄生蟲(chóng)。
IGHE與多種過(guò)敏性疾病相關(guān),如特應(yīng)性皮炎、哮喘、蕁麻疹等。此外,IGHE蛋白的低表達(dá)可能增加寄生蟲(chóng)感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。目前,針對(duì)IGHE蛋白的藥物研發(fā)主要集中在過(guò)敏性疾病的治療上。例如,一些藥物可以抑制IgE抗體的產(chǎn)生或阻止IgE與FcεRI受體的結(jié)合,從而減輕過(guò)敏反應(yīng)的癥狀。此外,還有一些藥物可以增強(qiáng)IgE介導(dǎo)的抗寄生蟲(chóng)免疫,用于治療寄生蟲(chóng)感染。
