IGFBP7
IGFBP7，全稱為胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子結(jié)合蛋白7，也被稱為IGFBP-7、TAF、MAC25、PSF等。該蛋白主要功能是調(diào)節(jié)胰島素樣生長(zhǎng)因子（IGF）在體內(nèi)的可用性，并影響IGF與其受體的結(jié)合。IGFBP7在多種組織中均有表達(dá)，尤其在骨骼肌中表達(dá)較高。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，IGFBP7在骨骼肌的維持和修復(fù)中發(fā)揮重要作用，與肌肉萎縮等疾病相關(guān)。目前，IGFBP7已成為研究熱點(diǎn)，在藥物研發(fā)方面，針對(duì)其作用機(jī)制的研究有助于開(kāi)發(fā)治療肌肉萎縮、癌癥等疾病的藥物。
