HSPG2
HSPG2，全稱為多配體蛋白聚糖2，常用別名是perlecan。它是細胞外基質(zhì)中的關鍵成分，能與多種生物分子結(jié)合——既支撐著組織的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定，也參與調(diào)節(jié)細胞生長、遷移，還能影響血管的形成與血液供應。當HSPG2表達或結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)異常時，可能引發(fā)多種疾病：比如遺傳性的施奈德綜合征，患者會出現(xiàn)骨骼發(fā)育畸形；它也和某些腫瘤的進展相關，幫助癌細胞突破組織屏障，促進侵襲與轉(zhuǎn)移。在藥物研發(fā)方面，目前有研究針對它的特定結(jié)合區(qū)域設計抑制劑，試圖通過干擾其相關相互作用來控制疾病，不過大多處于實驗室研究或早期臨床試驗階段，尚未有成熟藥物上市。
