Fgf20
FGF20，全稱為成纖維細胞生長因子20，常用別名包括FGF-20。它是一類參與調控細胞生長、分化與存活的活性蛋白，在機體多項生理活動中發揮關鍵作用。在神經系統領域，該蛋白對多巴胺能神經元具有顯著的保護與促生長效果，這類神經元的功能異常或數量減少，與帕金森病等神經退行性疾病的發生發展密切相關。研究發現，FGF20的表達水平變化可能影響帕金森病的進程，因此它成為該疾病治療研究的重要靶點之一。目前，基于FGF20的治療策略正積極推進，部分靶向該蛋白的生物制劑與基因療法已進入臨床試驗階段，試圖通過調節其活性或表達量來延緩神經元損傷，為帕金森病患者提供新的治療希望。
