DMPK

DMPK，即肌營養(yǎng)不良蛋白激酶，是一種關(guān)鍵的蛋白激酶，具有特定的結(jié)構(gòu)域，包括催化域和調(diào)節(jié)域，這些結(jié)構(gòu)域共同決定了其激酶活性和底物特異性。在功能上，DMPK通過磷酸化蛋白質(zhì)底物來調(diào)節(jié)肌肉功能和其他生理活動，包括肌肉收縮、細(xì)胞增殖、分化以及凋亡等過程。當(dāng)DMPK的表達(dá)或功能發(fā)生異常時，可能會引發(fā)多種疾病，特別是肌強(qiáng)直性營養(yǎng)不良癥，這是一種遺傳性肌肉疾病，表現(xiàn)為肌肉無力、肌強(qiáng)直和心肌功能障礙等癥狀。在信號通路上，DMPK與其他信號分子和蛋白質(zhì)相互作用，共同構(gòu)成復(fù)雜的信號網(wǎng)絡(luò)，涉及鈣離子信號通路、MAPK信號通路等，從而維持細(xì)胞穩(wěn)態(tài)并應(yīng)對外界刺激。

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA006968LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

IHC image of CSB-PA006968LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human skeletal muscle tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
