CXCL4

CXCL4，即C-X-C基序趨化因子配體4，別名PF4、MGC138298、SCYB4、Iroplact和Oncostatin-A。CXCL4是一種由活化血小板的α顆粒釋放的趨化因子，以同源四聚體的形式存在，對肝素有高親和力，并參與血小板聚集。它對中性粒細胞和單核細胞具有趨化作用，并且作為造血、血管生成和T細胞功能的抑制劑。CXCL4在人類肝纖維化中上調，并在實驗性肝纖維化中通過介導星狀細胞增殖、遷移和肝內免疫細胞招募發揮非冗余的功能性作用。此外，CXCL4還在動脈粥樣硬化病變的早期和晚期均有表達，并已證實其表達與臨床癥狀的嚴重程度成正比。在CXCL4缺乏小鼠模型中，動脈粥樣硬化病變較小且巨噬細胞浸潤較少。這些功能使得CXCL4在多種疾病的發生發展中扮演著重要角色，特別是在炎癥反應和腫瘤進展中。

IHC image of CSB-PA017809LA01HU diluted at 1:200 and staining in paraffin-embedded human glioma performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
