CMKLR2
CMKLR2,全稱為趨化因子樣受體2,常見別名包括ChemR23樣受體、GPR1。作為細胞膜上的蛋白分子,它能與特定小分子結(jié)合,參與代謝平衡和免疫反應的調(diào)節(jié)。在脂肪組織中,其表達變化會影響脂肪細胞功能,進而關(guān)聯(lián)能量代謝狀態(tài);免疫層面,它可能參與免疫細胞的活動調(diào)控,與炎癥反應的程度相關(guān)。
相關(guān)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),CMKLR2與肥胖、2型糖尿病等代謝性疾病存在聯(lián)系,部分炎癥性疾病如結(jié)腸炎的進展中也可見其表達異常;在某些腫瘤微環(huán)境里,它或許參與免疫細胞的招募調(diào)控,影響腫瘤發(fā)展。目前針對CMKLR2的藥物研發(fā)仍處于早期階段,主要探索配體類似物或拮抗劑的治療潛力,比如改善代謝紊亂或控制炎癥。

IHC image of CSB-PA009728LA01HU diluted at 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA009728LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
