CD74
CD74由長(zhǎng)N-末端胞漿側(cè)鏈與短C-末端胞外側(cè)鏈構(gòu)成，含NT、CLIP和CY結(jié)構(gòu)域，胞內(nèi)具酪氨酸/蘇氨酸信號(hào)。它運(yùn)輸MHC II類(lèi)分子，對(duì)免疫識(shí)別病原體至關(guān)重要。CD74見(jiàn)于B細(xì)胞及某些T細(xì)胞，參與淋巴發(fā)育。它激活ERK、PI3K和NF-κB等信號(hào)通路，具多種同種型，展現(xiàn)復(fù)雜調(diào)控功能。D74存在多種同種型，可能在不同細(xì)胞類(lèi)型和生理病理?xiàng)l件下發(fā)揮特異性作用。
