ADM2

ADM2，全稱為腎上腺髓質(zhì)素2，是一種內(nèi)源性多肽，屬于降鈣素基因相關(guān)肽家族。它具有多種生物學(xué)活性，包括心血管保護(hù)、腎臟保護(hù)、抗氧化應(yīng)激、抗炎以及調(diào)節(jié)免疫等。ADM2能夠維持微血管內(nèi)皮屏障的完整性，減輕血管滲漏和組織水腫，從而在膿毒癥的治療中發(fā)揮重要作用。此外，它還能調(diào)控新生血管形成，對(duì)多種疾病的治療具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。目前，針對(duì)ADM2的藥物研發(fā)正在積極進(jìn)行中，包括單克隆抗體、雙特異性抗體以及抗體偶聯(lián)藥物等，這些藥物有望為多種疾病的治療提供新的選擇。
