IFNGR1
IFNGR1，全稱為干擾素γ受體1，常用別名包括CD119。它是存在于細(xì)胞膜表面的受體分子，可與干擾素γ特異性結(jié)合，參與調(diào)控機(jī)體免疫應(yīng)答：通過這一結(jié)合，能推動免疫細(xì)胞的活化與功能發(fā)揮，助力清除病原體如分枝桿菌、病毒等。
IFNGR1功能異常，機(jī)體對特定病原體的抵抗力會降低，比如引發(fā)常染色體隱性遺傳的免疫缺陷病，患者易反復(fù)出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重分枝桿菌感染或機(jī)會性感染。此外，其表達(dá)或活性異常也可能與自身免疫病、腫瘤相關(guān)——部分自身免疫病中，它的信號紊亂可能加重免疫細(xì)胞對自身組織的損傷；某些腫瘤里，它的異常可能影響免疫細(xì)胞對腫瘤細(xì)胞的識別與清除。目前針對該蛋白的藥物研發(fā)集中在免疫調(diào)節(jié)方向，一些候選藥物嘗試通過調(diào)控其活性治療感染性疾病或自身免疫病，部分已進(jìn)入臨床前或早期臨床研究階段，期望調(diào)整免疫平衡改善疾病狀態(tài)。
