產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)：我使用MUC2蛋白，偶聯(lián)在芯片表面上，根據(jù)不同益生菌的黏附性能不一樣，篩選不同的益生菌。通過(guò)比較，發(fā)現(xiàn)芯片在偶聯(lián)MUC2蛋白后，與未修飾芯片對(duì)比，能明顯提高陽(yáng)性益生菌的響應(yīng)值。

Thought to provide a protective, lubricating barrier against particles and infectious agents at mucosal surfaces. Major constituent of both the inner and outer mucus layers of the colon and may play a role in excluding bacteria from the inner mucus layer.
