    The ompA polyclonal antibody is a highly specific and sensitive tool for the detection of ompA protein expression in Haemophilus influenzae. The ompA antibody has been validated for use in ELISA and WB applications with Haemophilus influenzae samples. The immunogen used to generate this ompA antibody was a recombinant protein containing amino acids 22-359 of the Haemophilus influenzae ompA protein. The ompA antibody is purified using a protein G column, and the purity is guaranteed to be over 95%.

    ompA is a conserved outer membrane protein found in many gram-negative bacteria, and it is essential for bacterial survival and virulence. ompA plays a crucial role in the stabilization of the bacterial cell wall, maintenance of bacterial shape, and interaction with host cells during infection.
