    P polyclonal antibody CSB-PA303154LA01RAH was produced in rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Rabies virus Phosphoprotein protein (1-297AA) as the immunogen. The target protein P is a non-catalytic polymerase cofactor and regulatory protein that plays a role in viral transcription and replication. It Stabilizes the RNA polymerase L to the N-RNA template and binds the soluble protein N, preventing it from encapsidating non-genomic RNA. Furthermore, it also inhibits host IFN-alpha and IFN-beta signaling by binding and retaining phosphorylated STAT1 in the cytoplasm or by inhibiting the DNA binding of STAT1 in the nucleus.
    This Rabbit anti-Rabies virus P Polyclonal antibody was tested in the WB and ELISA applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It only reacts with the P proteins of rabies virus-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of P protein.
