    Inoculating a rabbit with recombinant human 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase protein (2-393aa), extracting antibodies from the rabbit serum, and then purifying the collected antibodies via protein G affinity chromatography. The resulting antibody is the HPD polyclonal antibody. It contains minimal impurities, and its purity exceeds 95%.

    This HPD polyclonal is capable of recognizing and binding to HPD protein from human and mouse samples. It has been validated in various experimental settings, including ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF, and can be used for the detection of levels, determination of presence and size, and analysis of the distribution of the HPD protein.
