    CUSABIO uses a peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-259 of the human GBP2 protein to immunize the rabbit to produce the anti-GBP2 antibody. This GBP2 polyclonal antibody exists as an unconjugated IgG isoform. It is reactive to human and mouse GBP2 protein. The GBP2 protein is an interferon-γ (IFN-γ)-induced GTPase that converts GTP to GDP and GMP. GBP2 also acts as a controlling factor for the proliferation and spreading of breast cancer cells. The high expression of GBP2 is related to a better prognosis of breast cancer. The purity of this antibody is over 95% using protein G purified. And it has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications.
