The recombinant human CBX2 (1-211AA) is used as the immunogen to immunize the rabbit to yield the anti-CBX2 antibody. The CBX2 polyclonal antibody exists as an unconjugated IgG isoform. Its purity is 95%+ using protein G purified. It only reacts with human and mouse CBX2, which is a conserved regulatory factor and a polycomb group (PcG) protein. Studies have shown that CBX2 promotes antiviral innate immunity by enhancing the production of type I interferon. This CBX2 antibody has been validated to recognize CBX2 in ELISA, WB, and IHC analyses.
