Mouse Serum Albumin is a native protein with full length. This protein is purified from mouse serum. Its purity was determined by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 95%. It is presented the mass molecule around 66.2 kDa visualized on the gel. It has been validated in ELISA, WB and SDS-PAGE applications.
Mouse Serum Albumin is a type of globular protein and the most abundant protein present in mouse serum. Albumin in the blood mainly plays a role in maintaining osmotic pressure, buffering pH, carrier and nutrition. In the serum-free culture of animal cells, adding albumin can play a role in physiological and mechanical protection and as a carrier. Albumin is a negative acute phase indicator, the serum levels of which decrease by approximately 30% in response to disease, tissue injury or inflammation.
