大鼠組織因子與活化凝血因子7復(fù)合物酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-EQ027252RA）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的TF含量。TF即組織因子，是一種跨膜糖蛋白。它是外源性凝血途徑的啟動因子，在生理止血中起關(guān)鍵作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)TF還參與腫瘤生長、轉(zhuǎn)移及血管生成等。其作用機(jī)制主要是通過與凝血因子結(jié)合，啟動凝血級聯(lián)反應(yīng)并激活相關(guān)信號通路。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，適用于心血管疾病、血栓性疾病等動物模型的機(jī)制研究，或抗凝藥物、靶向治療方案的體外效果評估。為凝血相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)研究提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
