大鼠降鈣素原(PCT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E13419r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的PCT含量。PCT即降鈣素原，在細菌感染等引發(fā)的全身炎癥反應(yīng)中會顯著升高。作為一種新型炎癥標志物。研究機制主要是在感染時，細菌內(nèi)毒素及炎性因子刺激其大量合成，可用于鑒別細菌與病毒感染、評估感染嚴重程度等。試劑盒檢測范圍為31.25 pg/mL-2000 pg/mL，適用于體外實驗中對不同來源樣本的PCT水平檢測。研究者可借助探索炎癥相關(guān)疾病的分子機制、細菌感染模型的動態(tài)變化，或評估抗炎藥物、免疫調(diào)節(jié)劑的干預(yù)效果。可為感染免疫學(xué)、藥理學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的實驗提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)支持。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rat PCT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
