大鼠血小板膜糖蛋白ⅡbⅢa(GP-ⅡbⅢa/CD41+CD61)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08776r）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的GPⅡbⅢa/CD41+CD61含量。GPⅡbⅢa/CD41+CD61作為靶點，在血小板功能中至關(guān)重要。參與血小板聚集過程，研究機制聚焦于通過阻斷該靶點，抑制血小板的聚集與黏附，進而為抗血栓藥物研發(fā)提供方向，以防治相關(guān)心血管疾病。試劑盒檢測范圍為6.25 ng/mL-400 ng/mL，適用于多種生物樣本中GP - ⅡbⅢa的精確檢測，可廣泛用于大鼠模型中血小板功能調(diào)控機制研究、血栓相關(guān)疾病動物模型的病理分析、藥物干預(yù)效果評價等科研領(lǐng)域，為探索血小板相關(guān)分子機制提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
