I have to use Culture Medium not Serum or Plasma is this possible?
In other KIt we use before the Standard (CSB-EO8092r) has a concentration of 1000 pg/mL
now this new kit we are going to use has a concentration of 20 U/mL so whic is the relation between Unit and pg?. How can we calculate Collagen II concentration

Thanks for your inquiry! CSB-E08092r is for quantitative determination of collagen type Ⅱ(Col Ⅱ) .
CSB-EQ027975RA is for quantitative determination of collagen type Ⅱ(Col Ⅱ) antibody.
U/mL is a quantitative unit and the standard in this kit is represented by U/mL. Sorry there is no converting relationship with pg/mL.
This kit is usually used to test serum and plasma samples. Sorry we didn't test culture medium before and we can not esure 100% if it can be detected out. We suggest you do a pretest first if you want to test it.
