大鼠肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)酶聯免疫試劑盒(CSB-E14403r)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、尿液、組織勻漿、血漿樣本中的CK-MB含量。CK-MB即肌酸激酶同工酶,主要存在于心肌中。測定其在血液中的含量,能反映心肌損傷情況,是診斷急性心肌梗死的重要指標。研究機制主要是在心肌受損時,CK-MB釋放入血,通過檢測血中濃度變化輔助病情判斷。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL,廣泛應用于心血管疾病動物模型研究,如心肌損傷機制探索、心臟保護藥物篩選等科研領域。適用于心肌損傷動態監測、藥物干預效果評估等實驗需求。為心血管相關基礎研究提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產品具體參數及操作步驟詳見產品說明書。

- A micro ELISA plate ---The 96-well plate has been pre-coated with an anti-Rat CK-MB antibody. This dismountable microplate can be divided into 12 x 8 strip plates.
- Two vials lyophilized standard ---Dilute a bottle of the standard at dilution series, read the OD values, and then draw a standard curve.
- One vial Biotin-labeled CK-MB antibody (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Act as the detection antibody.
- One vial HRP-avidin (100 x concentrate) (120 μl/bottle) ---Bind to the detection antibody and react with the TMB substrate to make the solution chromogenic.
- One vial Biotin-antibody Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the Biotin-antibody.
- One vial HRP-avidin Diluent (15 ml/bottle) ---Dilute the HRP-avidin solution.
- One vial Sample Diluent (50 ml/bottle)---Dilute the sample to an appropriate concentration.
- One vial Wash Buffer (25 x concentrate) (20 ml/bottle) ---Wash away unbound or free substances.
- One vial TMB Substrate (10 ml/bottle) ---Act as the chromogenic agent. TMB interacts with HRP, eliciting the solution turns blue.
- One vial Stop Solution (10 ml/bottle) ---Stop the color reaction. The solution color immediately turns from blue to yellow.
- Four Adhesive Strips (For 96 wells) --- Cover the microplate when incubation.
