產品評價： 我用CSB-E06905Rb檢測模型組術前，術中30min-2h，術后24h血漿，標準曲線用四參數模型擬合出來的R2為0.9998，見圖片，OD值范圍為0.04（Blank)-2.5(1500pg/ml)，標準曲線符合預期。部分樣本低于標曲的Blank吸光度，經過文獻查詢，該模型需要6h才能檢測出大量IL-8炎癥因子水平，因此屬于正常現象。且得到的數據符合預期趨勢，后續會測量6h及以上的炎癥因子水平。另回答郵件中的疑問：我做的是術前，術中0-2h，術后24h共6個點的指標，沒做6h的指標，因為6h兔子耳朵采不出動脈血了，所以后續會在6h處死兔子來檢測炎癥指標。
