豬凝血酶抗凝血酶復(fù)合物(TAT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E13995p）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的TAT含量。豬凝血酶抗凝血酶復(fù)合物（TAT）是凝血酶與抗凝血酶Ⅲ（ATⅢ）結(jié)合形成的復(fù)合物，可作為凝血酶生成的分子標(biāo)志物，反映凝血系統(tǒng)活化，對(duì)血栓形成和凝血-抗凝血平衡有重要診斷意義。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為62.5 pg/mL-4000 pg/mL，適用于實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展動(dòng)物凝血機(jī)制研究、血栓性疾病模型評(píng)估、抗凝藥物效果分析等科研方向，可為心血管疾病、術(shù)后凝血監(jiān)測(cè)等基礎(chǔ)研究提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢測(cè)方案。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of pig TAT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
