Thanks for your inquiry. We tested serum and plasma samples under 1:500 dilution before and the test value is 30--125pg/ml with this kit CSB-E16507p.
The final concentration is 15--62.5ng/ml. We suggest you order 24T sample kit and do a pretest first if you want to test urine samples. Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
