豬Ⅲ型膠原(Col Ⅲ)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E06776p）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的Col Ⅲ含量。Col Ⅲ（膠原蛋白Ⅲ）是細胞外基質(zhì)的主要成分之一，參與維持肺動脈管壁的彈性和完整性。在肺動脈高壓（PAH）等疾病中，TGF-β1等因子促進PASMCs外膠原沉積，導致肺血管重構(gòu)。低濃度紫杉醇（PTX）可通過抑制TGF-β1/Smad3信號通路，降低COL Ⅲ表達，從而逆轉(zhuǎn)纖維化進程。試劑盒檢測范圍為6.25 ng/mL-400 ng/mL，適用于探究豬模型在纖維化機制、心血管疾病或皮膚再生等領域的科研需求，為組織工程、病理模型構(gòu)建及分子機制研究提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)支持，是基礎研究與轉(zhuǎn)化醫(yī)學中膠原代謝相關課題的理想工具本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of pig Col Ⅲ in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
