小鼠III型前膠原氨基末端肽(PⅢNP)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E13334m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織培養(yǎng)上清液、組織勻漿樣本中的PⅢNP含量。PⅢNP（Ⅲ型前膠原氨基端肽）是一種纖維化指標，其水平與心室重塑程度相關，對評估慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的嚴重程度有重要指導意義。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，PⅢNP水平與Gal-3（半乳糖凝集素3）水平呈顯著正相關，提示PⅢNP可能通過促進組織纖維化參與CHF的發(fā)生發(fā)展。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.312 ng/mL-20 ng/mL，適用于體外研究纖維化疾病模型中的膠原代謝動態(tài)、評估抗纖維化藥物干預效果，以及干細胞治療或組織工程領域中對膠原合成活性的監(jiān)測，為探索纖維化發(fā)病機制及治療策略提供可靠工具本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
