小鼠同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08897m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿樣本中的Hcy含量。同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）是蛋氨酸代謝的中間產(chǎn)物。高Hcy水平是心血管疾病、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病等多種疾病的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。其研究機(jī)制主要圍繞Hcy誘導(dǎo)氧化應(yīng)激、損傷血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、影響細(xì)胞甲基化反應(yīng)等方面，以揭示其在疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為15.6 pmol/mL-1000 pmol/mL，適用于科研場(chǎng)景中探究Hcy在心血管疾病模型、神經(jīng)損傷研究或營(yíng)養(yǎng)代謝實(shí)驗(yàn)中的動(dòng)態(tài)變化，也可用于藥物干預(yù)或基因修飾后Hcy代謝通路的機(jī)制研究，為相關(guān)疾病模型構(gòu)建及代謝調(diào)控分析提供可靠工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse Hcy in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
