The kit uses 2 strains of antibody, but the specific mmunogen information is our key development information and cannot be provided.
So sorry and appreciated to your kind understanding.
This kit is only used to detect serum and plasma sample.

A customer has the following question about item CSB-EQ027247HU:
Has it been validated by using recombinant HDV that is expressed by transfected human cells or has naturel HDV been used for validation?
If this assay works in their hands, she needs larger amounts for her study. Therefore she requires minimum inter (and of course intra) assay variations. Would this be possible to be guaranteed by the manufacturer?

This kit is for qualitative determination of antigen. It is suitable to test serum and plasma samples. Sorry we didn't test recombinant HDV before. We can not ensure 100% if this sample type could be tested out.
