人血管緊張素Ⅰ(Ang-Ⅰ)酶聯免疫試劑盒（CSB-E08527h）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織培養上清液樣本中的Ang-Ⅰ含量。Ang-Ⅰ，即血管生成素-1（ANG-1），是一種分泌型糖蛋白，屬于血管生成素家族。它作為酪氨酸激酶受體Tie-2的配體，主要作用于血管系統，控制血管的發育和穩定。Ang-Ⅰ在血管成熟過程中起重要作用，介導內皮細胞的遷移、粘附和存活，同時影響骨骼肌細胞并協調血管對組織損傷的反應。研究顯示，Ang-Ⅰ在腫瘤生長中發揮關鍵作用，可促進腫瘤血管生成和腫瘤細胞增殖，抑制凋亡。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，該產品可廣泛應用于體外模型研究、藥物干預實驗及病理生理學分析等領域本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產品具體參數及操作步驟詳見產品說明書。
