人補(bǔ)體片段3d(C3d)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E14213h）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的C3d含量。C3d是補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng)C3的裂解片段。在研究機(jī)制方面，它可作為補(bǔ)體激活的標(biāo)志物，也參與免疫應(yīng)答的調(diào)節(jié)。其與B細(xì)胞表面的CD21相互作用，能增強(qiáng)B細(xì)胞對(duì)相關(guān)抗原的免疫反應(yīng)，在感染、自身免疫病等研究領(lǐng)域有重要意義。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為0.156 μg/mL-10 μg/mL，適用于基礎(chǔ)科研中補(bǔ)體激活程度的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、自身免疫性疾病模型的分子機(jī)制解析，以及感染或炎癥條件下補(bǔ)體旁路活化的相關(guān)性研究。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human C3d in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
