Could you please send me a quote specifying the plate size (i.e. 96 well) and the number of free wells per plate. (i.e. 96 well minus the number of wells used for the standard curve).

the standard wells are S1-S5 and duplicate is advised.With a blank well,the number of standard wells is 5×2+1=11.The rest is for samples wells,85=96-11(If duplicate is done for sample,then the number will be the half of that.)
If you want to detect diary goat samples,we suggest you do pre-testing first.
