產(chǎn)品評價: 我使用試劑盒CSB-E08487f檢測溫度脅迫下的羅非魚血清,血清未稀釋,檢測結(jié)果顯示標曲正常,樣品中皮質(zhì)醇含量在50-200ng/mL范圍內(nèi)。該產(chǎn)品的實驗方法和步驟詳細,同時還提供可能出現(xiàn)的問題的解決方法和溫馨提示,非常人性化和科學。但是,試劑盒中的大部分溶液在96孔板使用完后還有大量剩余,而包被有抗體的孔板數(shù)量較少,建議可以在有價格上增加孔板數(shù)量,減少部分試劑的量。
